The Euro protocol is a simplified procedure for the settlement of an insured event under the OGPO MTC, in which participants in an accident can, without calling the traffic police, independently determine the culprit of the accident by mutual agreement, by signing a declaration, register the insured event in electronic format and receive an insurance payment within the legally established limit of 100 MCI
