From January 1, 2024, participants in an accident, without calling the police, can issue a protocol online.
Rules for registration of an accident according to the Euro protocol through a mobile application:
• Participants in a traffic accident file an accident report in the Europrotocol App mobile application from their phones alternately;
• Mobile numbers of accident participants must be registered in the Database of mobile citizens (otherwise registration through the application is impossible, there will be no access to digital documents of accident participants);
• The amount of repair of the affected party for 2024 should not exceed 369 thousand tenge (not higher than 100 MCI);
• No harm was caused to the life or health of the participants in the accident;
• As a result of an accident, only 2 vehicles were damaged (without damage to other property: cars, fences, poles, etc.);
• Both participants had valid compulsory car insurance policies at the time of the accident;
• There are no disagreements between drivers regarding the list of damages and circumstances of a road accident.
If the participants in the accident are individuals, then regardless of the status of the participant (the culprit, the victim), any of the participants can start making an application. If one of the participants in the accident is a legal entity, then this participant is the first to start registration of the Euro Protocol. The first participant who started filling out the application in the appendix describes the accident and indicates the data of the second party. The other party must confirm the information received in the application. After confirmation of the application by the second party, the declaration is supplemented with photographs. The signing of the application also takes place alternately - first from one phone of the accident participant and after from the second phone.
